    tester cette recette&nbsp;trouvée chez <a href="http://www.abracadabra-chef.com/article-4270151.html">abracadabra chef</a>…. Troooooooooooooooooooooop bon, vite essayez&nbsp;!</span>

    - 200g de chocolat noir<br>
    - 125g de beurre<br>
    - 4 œufs<br>
    - 200g de sucre en poudre (moi, j'en mets toujours moins: 180g)<br>
    - 50g de farine<br>
    - 1 peu moins d' 1 c. à café de levure chimique<br>
    - 150 g de Toblerone</span>

    Faites fondre le chocolat&nbsp;et le beurre au bain-marie.<br>
    <br>
    Mélangez les œufs et le sucre,&nbsp;puis incorporez le mélange chocolat/beurre fondus.<br>
    <br>
    Ajoutez la&nbsp;farine et la levure, puis les triangles de Toblerone, et versez la préparation de préférence dans un moule carré ou rectangulaire, agrémenté de papier sulfurisé.<br>
    <br>
    Si votre moule est grand (épaisseur de pâte: 3 cm),<br>
    enfournez à 180°C pendant 30 minutes.<br>
    Si votre moule est plus petit avec des bords plus haut (épaisseur de pâte: 5 cm),<br>
    enfournez à 170°C pendant 45 minutes.<br>

    Laisser tiédir, démoulez délicatement et coupez en portions carrées.

    moule&nbsp;!)</span></span>

    <span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Sirop de fraise</span></span>
  </p>

    <span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">1 barquette de 500g de fraises</span></span>
  </p>

    <span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">350 ml Crème fraiche liquide 30% très froide</span></span>
  </p>

  </p>

    <span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Diluer un peu de sirop de fraise dans de l’eau.</span></span>
  </p>
  <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;">
    <span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Chemiser le moule avec du papier transparent en laissant une marge de papier au dessus.(cela facilitera le
    démoulage)</span></span>
  </p>

    <span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Tremper les biscuits a la cuillère dedans (peu de temps pour ne pas qu’ils soient trop mou et qu’ils se
    tiennent encore bien)</span></span>

    <span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Garnir le tour et le fond du moule avec les biscuits humides en les serrant bien.</span></span>
  </p>

    <span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Réaliser une chantilly avec la crème fraiche et le sucre vanillé (moi je l’ai réalisée au
    thermomix&nbsp;!)</span></span>
  </p>
  <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;">
    <span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Mettre une couche de chantilly au fond du moule, puis une couche de fraises coupées en petits morceaux,
    remettre une couche de chantilly et ainsi de suite jusqu'à épuisement des ingrédients&nbsp;!</span></span>
  </p>
  <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;">
    <span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Rabattre le surplus de papier transparent sur le dessus de la charlotte (qui sera le dessous lors du
    démoulage) et poser un poids dessus.</span></span>

    <span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Mettre au réfrigérateur pendant minimum 12h (j’ai laissé 24h et je dois dire que c’était
    parfait&nbsp;!!)</span></span>

    battre les œufs avec la maïzena, l'extrait de vanille et 125 ml de lait (prélevés du litre de lait de la recette) dans un saladier.</span></span>

    restant dans une casserole, avec le sucre vanillé, le sucre, la vanille en poudre (ou la gousse de vanille fendue en deux dans le sens de la longueur et grattée). Porter à ébullition. Verser le
    lait sucré vanillé bouillant sur la préparation aux œufs tout en battant (fouet électrique). Tout reverser dans la casserole, remettre sur feu très doux sans cesser de remuer à la spatule en
    bois. Laisser frémir quelques secondes, pas plus, il faut que la préparation soit légèrement épaissie.</span></span>

    1 oignon<br>
    1 échalote<br>
    1 cac de curry<br>

    1 cube de bouillon de volaille<br>
    20 cl de vin blanc<br>

    <br>
    Couper vos blancs de poulets en lanières (aiguillettes).<br>
    Laver, éplucher&nbsp;les légumes et les couper en tagliatelles avec un économe</span></span>
  </p>
  <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;">
    <span style="font-family: Calibri;">Éplucher l'oignon et l'échalote, les couper en 2 et les mettre dans le bol. Mixer:&nbsp; 5 sec vitesse 4 Verser l'huile d'olive et fermer le bol, faire
    blanchir, 4 min , 100°, vit 1.<br>
    Ouvrir, ajouter le cube, le vin, l'eau (de façon à couvrir le couteau entièrement) et le curry.<br>
    Placer le panier puis y verser le riz.<br>
    Fermer avec le couvercle (sans le gobelet) et poser la cuve du varoma par dessus et y disposer vos légumes<br>
    Placer le plateau sur le varoma et répartir les aiguillettes de poulet, y parsemer un peu de curry.<br>
    Mettre le couvercle du varoma en place et programmer la cuisson: 20 min, sens inverse, température varoma, vitesse mijotage.</span>
  </p>
  <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;">
    <span style="font-family: Calibri;">&nbsp;Ne pas ouvrir en cours de cuisson sinon la vapeur s'échapperait.<br>
    A la sonnerie,&nbsp;après avoir arrêté&nbsp;<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span>Momo, &nbsp;Retirez le varoma et le mettre de coté sans l'ouvrir pour que les aliments restent au
    chaud.<br>
    Donner un coup de cuillère dans le riz pour le remuez, il est en principe coloré en jaune à cause du curry &nbsp;(il n'est pas assez cuit mais c'est normal, la cuisson à la vapeur est plus
    longue).<br>
    Fermez le bol sans oublier de&nbsp; mettre en place le gobelet et achever la cuisson du riz: 10 minutes, 100°, vitesse 2.<br>
    A la sonnerie,&nbsp; ouvrir et enlever le panier. Ajouter la maïzena diluée dans la crème replacer le riz et le varoma (pour que les ingrédients restent chaud) et programmez 4 min, 80°, vitesse
    4.<br>
    C'est prêt à servir:<br>
    Servir en nappant les aliments avec la sauce au curry.</span>

    monde et c’est très convivial&nbsp;!</span>

    <span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 12pt;">1 kg de pomme de terre</span>
  </p>

    <span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 12pt;">1 barquette d’allumettes fumées</span>
  </p>

    <span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 12pt;">1 oignon</span>
  </p>

    <span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 12pt;">1 verre de vin blanc</span>
  </p>

    <span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 12pt;">1 brique de crème fraiche liquide</span>

  </p>

    <span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Faire revenir dans un peu d’huile l’oignon émincé, y ajouter les allumettes et laisser revenir pendant quelques minutes. Y ajouter alors le
    verre de vin blanc et laisser évaporer.</span>
  </p>
  <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;">
    <span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Lorsque l’ensemble a réduit, retirer du feu et mélanger aux pommes de terre saler et poivrer (attention les allumettes salent un
    peu&nbsp;!)</span>
  </p>
  <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;">
    <span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Dans un plat a gratin, mettre le mélange pommes de terre/oignon/allumettes, verser la brique de crème dessus et disposer le reblochon coupé en
    2, croute en dessous. Enfourner pour 1h a 200°C.</span>
  </p>
  <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;">
    <span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Déguster avec une bonne salade&nbsp;!!</span>
  </p>
  <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;">
    <span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Petite précision, n’oubliez pas d’enlever la petite pastille de caséine qui se trouve sur le fromage, elle sera verte si c’est un reblochon
    fermier, (de très bonne qualité) et rouge si c’est un reblochon <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span>fruitier (je ne trouve que ceux-ci en grande surface et ils sont très <span style=
    "mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span>bons).</span>
  </p>

    <span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Il existe des pastilles blanches mais ceux-ci correspondent aux reblochons laitiers qui ont en général très peu de gout…</span>
